In the third part of our series, we met designer and stylist Veneda Carter and her best friend and manager Maddy Denley in Los Angeles. The duo talked to us about their creative partnership as well as how they complement and inspire each other.

They first met in Paris and immediately knew that they would be best friends – a feeling that proved to be true. Since that first meeting, Maddy has become godmother to Veneda's child and Veneda has marked their friendship with a tattoo of Maddy's name.

One of the most important aspects of their relationship – both professional and personal? Open communication. As Veneda tells us: "If something bothers Maddy or something bothers me, there's so much honesty and transparency, and I love that she always shares how she feels."
